About

I'm Jason, a strategy and product lead based in Zurich. Since 2017, I've worked at Swisscom across B2C, B2B and Wholesale, developing digital products, improving customer experiences and leading initiatives from idea to launch.

I turn complex situations into clear priorities and decisions that move things forward. I bring structure under pressure, spot patterns early and help align people across teams.

In my master's thesis, I studied human-centric AI transformation: why organisations get stuck in pilot projects and what helps integrate AI into everyday work through leadership, trust and resonance.

    • Owned the product strategy and execution of Direct Internet Access, ensuring market fit and profitability for a product generating more than CHF 1 million in annual revenue

    • Managed the data portfolio generating more than CHF 70 million in annual revenue, including market analysis, budgeting and reporting

    • Founded Information Solutions, an SME IT consultancy serving 12 corporate clients and leading a team of up to four people

    • Built the Swiss market for simpleshow as Key Account Manager, including negotiation of a framework agreement with SBB

    • Delivered software projects for the financial services industry at Information Factory

    • Completed an apprenticeship as a Telecommunications Technician (EFZ) at Alpiq, a Swisscom partner
