I work at the intersection of strategy, product and innovation. My focus is reducing complexity into clear priorities, sound decisions and outcomes teams can actually deliver. What matters to me is that solutions work in everyday reality and create real value for people.
Since 2017, I’ve worked at Swisscom across B2C, B2B and Wholesale. I develop digital products and services, improve customer experiences and support initiatives from idea to launch. I bring structure to complex work and create alignment across interfaces.
In my MAS master thesis, I focus on Human-Centric AI Transformation. I study why organisations get stuck in pilots and what helps AI scale into everyday work through leadership and employee adoption.
